Hot 97 and 50 cent talk this morning

He talked about buying into Vitamin Water, new album coming out Feb 15th, Shyne being in the Pens and not knowing whats going on the outside, Nas struggling and his album being pushed back(but he said he didnt have a problem with Nas), confirming that D-Tay getting kicked out of G Unit for getting robbed for the G Spinner piece out in the Chi and how he refused to pay for it to come back home but it was returned anyhow and spoke about buying a replacement piece instead of paying for the insurance. I had to use the bathroom but i believe i heard him saying to the effect he would rather spend the money to murk the stick up kid (don't quote me exact on that). He confirmed Spida Loc is part of G Unit West and how New York is his weakest market(according to soundscan) and how the different camps in NY don't support each other unlike the South which do. He spoke on Ja switching up from a DMX-imitation to the singing style that made him pop as the reason people turned on him. When asked about him doing the same singing style he admitted that he does put alot of melody in his music but its for the people in places like Africa so they can sing-along with his music (he basically danced around the issue if u ask me). Spoke about Vivica being a good person but crazy and her running up on his mansion was just a rumor started by Wendy Williams. He spoke on his "f*ck The Hood" joint saying basically that he "is the hood" and he can say what he want on the subject. He denied that at summer jam in NY that they thru pee at him in the water bottles and he said he went at R kelly because Kelly got the song with Ja...just in case they performed AFTER he performed (on some tupac kind of thing we're he went at anybody that was working with his enemy)He said there's no beef with him and Em and he's on 3 songs on Em's new album and Em's the only artist bigger than him.

They asked him if him and em have beef? Am I missing something? :blink: I know there was a rumor like a year ago that 50 left shady records but obviously that wasn't true.

Anyway...I hope no one else gets pushed back so 50 comes out on the 15th.

[edit] and hell yeah d-tay shoulda been kicked out. 1...it wasn't his chain to begin with so he should not have taken it, 2...you don't want weak niggas on your team! And it's not like him and g-unit have been knowing eachother for a long ass time. You don't take something from someone who is supposed to be on the same team with you and on top of that you get robbed?????? You f*ck up, you gotta deal with the consequences![/edit]
